Job summary

PT Unicorn Food & Services in Bali seeks a Head of Supply Chain to design and lead an end-to-end supply function for a fast-growing hospitality group.

You will own procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, receiving, internal stock movement, analytics, and reporting, building scalable processes and strong supplier partnerships. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to enable growth and superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, or operations.
• 3–5 years leading teams.
• Experience in F&B, Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, Distribution, or multi-site operations is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proven experience improving processes, systems, and organizational performance.
• Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Team
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Align departmental priorities with company goals
• Establish clear priorities, responsibilities, and performance expectations
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the Supply function
• Strengthen supplier relationships and partnerships
• Improve purchasing governance and processes
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure reliable supply and supplier performance
• Evaluate supplier quality, pricing, reliability, and service levels
• Develop strategies to improve purchasing efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs
• Improve inventory accuracy across locations
• Reduce waste and stock variance
• Monitor FIFO compliance
• Improve forecasting and stock planning
• Establish better inventory control systems and procedures
• Identify recurring inventory issues and implement preventive solutions
• Improve receiving, storage, picking, distribution, and warehouse organization
• Optimize warehouse workflows and operational efficiency
• Improve stock movement between locations
• Support capacity planning and future warehouse requirements
• Ensure warehouse processes are organized, accurate, and scalable
• Review existing workflows and identify inefficiencies
• Simplify and standardize operations
• Develop and improve SOPs and operational standards
• Increase system utilization and reduce manual work
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes
• Build systems that support scalability as the company grows
• Build meaningful dashboards and KPIs
• Monitor Supply performance and trends
• Analyze purchasing, inventory, supplier, and warehouse data
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Present clear insights and recommendations to Management
• Turn data into better and faster business decisions
• Coach and develop your team
• Define clear expectations and accountability
• Build team capability and operational knowledge
• Support succession planning and cross-training
• Create a team culture focused on ownership and continuous improvement
• Work with Operations, Finance, Production, R&D, Technology & Innovation, and Leadership to support the entire business
