Job summary
PT Praweda Ciptakarsa Informatika is seeking an experienced Software Development leader to drive delivery across complex applications and services in Jakarta. You will oversee architecture, API design, microservices, and alignment with cloud/container strategies, while strengthening SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevSecOps practices.
With 8–12 years in software development and 3–5 years leading teams, you will mentor engineers, recruit top talent, and set performance KPIs, ensuring delivery excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in Software/Application Development.
- 3–5 years of experience leading Software Development teams.
- Strong understanding of Software Architecture, API, Microservices, Database, System Integration, Cloud/Container, and Security.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps/DevSecOps.
- Experience in managing software delivery and working closely with PMO.
- Proven experience in recruitment, coaching, career development, performance management, and KPI setting.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
