Influx is seeking a senior, hands-on leader to own the success and operational performance of a diverse portfolio of clients. The role combines customer success, commercial ownership and operations, working closely with clients to understand what drives their outcomes and turning insights into repeatable onboarding, delivery, and scale.

You will design and optimize how we operate across Growth, Delivery and HR, apply technology and AI to reduce manual work, and ensure capacity plans meet demand.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large client-facing teams.
• Experience improving delivery processes and metrics.
• Ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments.

Responsabilités

• Own client and portfolio performance and intervene to improve outcomes.
• Lead operational delivery and drive process/system improvements.
• Shape commercial performance including value, cost to serve, and margins.
• Implement scalable processes, automation, and AI to reduce manual work.
• Oversee onboarding and growth readiness across Growth, Delivery and HR.
• Design the organisation and team structures to fit portfolio needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Growth, HR, Product, Technology and senior leadership.
