Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a Revenue & Growth Manager to own the growth engine across Dealls (ATS) and KantorKu (HRIS). You will drive revenue by optimizing funnels, pricing, and go-to-market execution, working at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Marketing.

You won't just analyze— you’ll implement changes that reduce churn, boost ARPU, and improve LTV. The role demands hands-on experimentation, data-driven decision making, and clear communication across teams to scale

Qualifications

3–6 years experience in growth, revenue, strategy, or operations roles.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and sales processes.
Analytical and structured; comfortable working with data and experiments.
Able to move from insight to execution quickly.
Strong communication and cross-team coordination skills.
High ownership mindset; focused on results, not activity.

Responsibilities

Own the growth engine across Dealls (ATS) and KantorKu (HRIS) to drive revenue.
Identify where we lose money in the funnel and fix it — from lead → demo → close → retention.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to improve funnels and go-to-market execution.
Design and test pricing, packaging, and upsell strategies.
Run structured experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
Build dashboards and track weekly performance with BI.
