Job summary

Taman Safari Indonesia in Bogor (Cisarua) seeks an experienced Sales & Marketing leader to drive annual strategies, oversee the team, and cultivate strong relations with corporate clients, travel agents, OTAs, and other key partners.

The role collaborates with hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and brand consistency while planning digital campaigns and media partnerships to boost visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Sales & Marketing within the hotel industry.
• 3–5 years in a leadership or department head role.
• Experience in 4- or 5-star hotels is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Supervise the Sales & Marketing team, set KPIs, provide coaching for performance.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, OTAs, and other key partners.
• Plan promotional campaigns and digital marketing to increase brand visibility.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the hotel industry.
• At least 3–5 years in a leadership or department head role.
• Experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels is highly preferred.
• Willing to be placed at Cisarua, Bogor.
