Job summary

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk seeks a seasoned risk leader to steer the Bank’s risk management framework across credit and operational risk in Jakarta. You will define risk appetite, monitor risk limits, and oversee risk monitoring, portfolio analysis, and regulatory reporting to senior management and the Risk Committee.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in risk management within banking and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Risk Management or Credit Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and credit risk.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Four Eyes Principle and risk assessment of new products.
