Job summary

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk is seeking a seasoned Risk Management leader to drive the bank's risk framework for credit and operational risk in Jakarta. You will define risk appetite, monitor exposures, and report to senior management and regulators.

The role requires 10+ years in risk management within banking, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance, and a BSMR Level 4 certification. Strong leadership and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Risk Management, Credit Risk, or Credit Analysis within Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, credit risk, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• BSMR Level 4 certification.
• Knowledge of Four Eyes Principle, credit risk limits, and new product risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bank’s Risk Management Framework, policies, and strategies for Credit and Operational Risk.
• Define and monitor Risk Appetite, Risk Tolerance, and risk limits, including early identification and mitigation of risk exposures.
• Oversee risk monitoring, portfolio analysis, and reporting to senior management, Risk Committee, and regulators.
• Conduct risk assessments for new products, services, partnerships, and business initiatives.
• Provide risk-based recommendations and oversee mitigation plans, corrective actions, and audit findings.
• Partner with senior management to strengthen risk culture and risk-based decision-making.
• Oversee risk preparedness initiatives, including BCP, CMP, and ERP.
