Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, OH&S, Risk Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role in QHSE or related field.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations, ESG frameworks, and risk management in shipping contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated QHSE, Sustainability, and ESG systems.
• Ensure compliance with laws, standards, and company policies.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Promote safety culture and environmental awareness.
• Engage with regulators, clients, and port authorities.
• Monitor QHSE and ESG KPIs and report findings.
• Oversee ESG policies, governance, and social programs.
