Samudera Indonesia invites a QHSE Specialist to strengthen the Integrated Management System and ensure safety across logistics operations. The role centers on audits, risk control, and documentation within a dynamic shipping and logistics network.

The position requires 1–2 years in QHSE, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigations, and reporting. You will prepare QHSE reports and training materials, supporting a culture of safety and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, OH&S, Industrial Engineering or related field.
1–2 years of experience in QHSE, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or transportation.
Certified General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) from Kemnaker RI.
Knowledge of risk assessment, HIRADC, safety inspections, and QHSE management systems.
Experience in preparing QHSE reports, documentation, and training materials.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

Report the results of audits, inspections or incidents to supervisors or senior management.
Maintain documentation related to QHSE activities, including audit reports, improvement recommendations, and compliance documents.
Assist in preparing reports related to quality, health, safety, and the environment.
Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System and manage risk documentation.
Foster commitment to adherence to IMS requirements and participate in investigations of accidents or incidents.
Engage in information security controls to protect company information assets.
