Job summary

Fairatmos is seeking a senior leader to own the product and technology roadmap across our platforms. You will guide product planning, prioritize work with engineering, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.

You will oversee system architecture, platform development, and technical improvements while collaborating with business, operations, and stakeholders to define requirements. You will set and monitor KPIs and OKRs for both Product and Tech teams.

Qualifications

• Total experience 8–10 years with leadership in product/engineering teams.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in product management or tech leadership.
• Understanding of product strategy and system development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and lead a technical team.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
