Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement improvement plans for SLA, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping and coaching at various operational streams.
• Ensure 5S and Visual Management systems are adhered to by the operation team.
