Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta is seeking a Human Capital Development Section Head (SPV) to lead organizational development, talent development, and learning initiatives at our Jababeka 2, Cikarang site. The role requires a strong background in competency development and talent management within manufacturing.

Responsibilities include designing development frameworks, managing L&D programs, and shaping employer branding to attract top talent while driving a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position within manufacturing related industries.
• Strong understanding of competency development, talent management, and organization development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Human Capital Development strategies covering Organization Development, Talent Development, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition to support organizational growth and business sustainability.
• Develop and implement competency development frameworks, talent management systems, and succession planning programs.
• Design and execute organization development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, employee capability, and performance culture.
• Manage learning & development programs including training needs analysis, leadership development, and employee capability enhancement.
• Develop effective talent acquisition strategies, talent pipeline, and employer branding initiatives to ensure timely fulfillment of high-quality talent.
• Analyze organizational structure, manpower capability, and development needs to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with management and department heads to align HC strategies with business direction.
• Monitor HC metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment effectiveness and people development initiatives.
• Foster a strong performance-driven, agile, and continuous improvement culture within the organization.
