Job summary

PT Suri Nusantara Jaya seeks a seasoned executive to lead and oversee operations across logistics, warehousing, and procurement in Indonesia. You will direct multi-site teams to achieve targets, drive productivity, and ensure adherence to company procedures and quality standards.

The role requires 12+ years in Manufacturing Operations/Supply Chain with 5+ years at GM/head level, with proven Lean/Six Sigma and halal compliance expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• MUST HAVE proven background in Meat Commodities (Beef/Poultry Processing, Cold Chain Logistics, RPH) OR FMCG Food Manufacturing
• Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience in Manufacturing Operations / Supply Chain, with at least 5 years at GM / Head level.
• In-depth expertise in plant management, meat processing machinery, cold chain storage/distribution, and operational yield optimization
• Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, and COGS minimization
• Comprehensive mastery of Halal Certification (HAS 23000), NKV (Nomor Kontrol Veteriner), BPOM regulations, HACCP, and ISO 22000
• Executive leadership capacity in managing multi-site plant operations, large workforce dynamics, multi-branch revenue targets, and strategic operational budgeting
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Able to manage operational risks and ensure compliance with internal policies

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operational activities across Logistics, Warehouse, and Procurement
• Manage and direct teams to achieve operational targets and improve productivity
• Ensure all operational processes are effective, efficient, and compliant with company procedures
• Evaluate and optimise work processes to enhance operational excellence
• Identify operational problems and provide effective solutions
• Promote continuous improvement across all operational activities
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth company operations
• Manage multi-branch operations and develop Branch Managers
• Increase revenue or profit through operational system improvements
• Reduce complaints, improve productivity, and enhance customer experience measurably
