Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Head of Mining Engineering (KTT) to establish on-site mining operations in North Konawe, Sulawesi. You will ensure exploration and construction activities comply with ESDM rules, prioritizing safety, environment, and GMP.

With 8+ years in nickel mining and proven leadership, you will mentor the operations team, manage permits and RKAB, and drive cost control, budgeting, and contractors to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Geology with POP, POM, and POU certifications.
• 8+ years in nickel mining with managerial or KTT experience.
• Strong knowledge of ESDM regulations, RKAB, mine planning, and GMP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ESDM regulations and liaise with government agencies.
• Lead preparation and control of RKAB, Feasibility Studies, and AMDAL to support mine planning and production strategies.
• Oversee ore getting, hauling, stockpile management, and shipping to meet quality and production targets.
• Lead HSE initiatives by enforcing GMP and environmental compliance.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate the operations team and contractors to ensure safety and regulatory standards.
