Job summary

ODISI invites a senior business development leader to shape Indonesia's first premium seaplane network. You will build strategic partnerships with luxury resorts, hotels, tourism operators and travel advisors to drive market entry.

Reporting to the executive team, you will negotiate commercial agreements, lead partner marketing initiatives and maintain a strong pipeline to ensure a successful launch of our premium travel experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, luxury hospitality, tourism or aviation.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships across Indonesia.
• Build relationships with luxury hospitality and tourism stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and joint marketing initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and destination partnerships.
• Represent ODISI at industry events and partner meetings.
• Work closely with Marketing and Operations to support successful launches.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of new partnership opportunities.
