Job summary

PT Sunindo KB Finance seeks an IT leader to direct IT operations, infrastructure, and development in Jakarta. You will shape IT strategy, govern policies, and drive the ISMS (ISO 27001) program while ensuring security, reliability, and performance of critical systems.

You will lead teams across infrastructure, application development, and risk management, with strong Java expertise and fintech experience considered a plus. Fluent English is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years IT experience with at least 3 years in leadership/managerial role.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 27001 standards, frameworks, and implementation.
• Proficient in Java with Spring/Hibernate; experience with MySQL/Oracle.
• Strong experience managing Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure (Acropolis, Prism).
• Extensive IT infrastructure management experience (VMware/Hyper-V, networking).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Fintech/financial services project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and technology development.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure ISO 27001 ISMS implementation and continuous improvement.
• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, virtualization, and Nutanix.
• Supervise application development and maintenance (Java-based apps and databases).
• Ensure IT systems’ security, availability, reliability, and performance.
• Lead IT risk management, cybersecurity initiatives, and business continuity planning.
• Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with IT regulations, standards, and internal policies.
