PT Finture Tech Indonesia seeks a Java Developer with IT audit and regulatory compliance experience to liaison with OJK, BI, and FDC. You will lead IT audits, coordinate cross-functional teams, and align technology with regulatory expectations.

The role requires English fluency, strong communication, and fintech domain knowledge. A Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS is preferred; experience with cloud, APIs, and architecture is a plus. On-site in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development, IT engineering, or product management with fintech exposure.
• Strong knowledge of IT compliance reporting and regulatory processes.
• Experience with fintech or financial services operations.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and independently manage day-to-day information clarification requests from regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support IT audits and regulatory inspections.
• Bridge regulatory compliance requirements with IT architecture and business objectives.
• Explain technical implementations and product capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Document audit knowledge and mentor junior team members in regulatory and technical domains.
