Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a visionary leader to oversee our IT Risk & Security domain. The role focuses on establishing a robust security foundation, regulatory compliance, cyber resilience, and raising organizational awareness of IT Risk & Security.

You will drive security frameworks, monitoring, testing, and budget planning while guiding cross-functional teams through evolving cyber threats and changing technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in a reputed organization in a combination of IT Security & Risk management.
• Knowledge of common information security management frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001).
• Professional IT security management certification and will be an advantage for having PDP Certification
• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving Cyber Security landscape and keep pace with latest thinking and new security technologies.
• Thrives on change, showing an impressive ability to drive the IT security strategy forward.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity.
• Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams.
• Good communication skill includes well articulate IT threats and IT risk with diversity stakeholders to help others understand business risk.

Responsibilities

• Defines and implements security frameworks for existing and new systems in the company.
• Implement the program for IT security awareness continuous improvement.
• Update current structure and content of IT Security & Risk documentation.
• Manage the IT Security Monitoring and IT Security Operations.
• Manage the execution of Security Tests.
• Plan and Propose IT Security & Risk Budgets.
