Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years in IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Technology Transformation, Governance, PMO, or related functions.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or other large regulated organizations will be an advantage
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Consulting experience is highly welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and monitor Infrastructure and Information Security project portfolios.
• Consolidate and provide visibility of project schedules, budget utilization, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Develop portfolio dashboards, executive reporting, and management updates.
• Facilitate portfolio reviews, governance forums, and project status tracking.
• Support benefits realization tracking and lessons learned initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between strategic initiatives, technology priorities, and business objectives.
• Lead transformation initiatives across Infrastructure functions.
• Lead process improvement, simplification, and standardization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, service quality, governance, and cost efficiency.
• Track and communicate transformation outcomes and performance improvements.
• Ensure transformation initiatives are embedded within operating procedures and governance frameworks.
• Manage budget planning, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.
• Monitor and govern Infrastructure Capex and Opex budgets, ensuring effective utilization and alignment with approved plans.
• Provide management visibility on project investments, operational spending, and financial commitments.
• Support investment planning, budget reviews, and business case preparation.
• Oversee vendor payment governance, contract administration, procurement coordination, and invoice management.
• Coordinate audit activities, remediation plans, and closure of audit findings.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support demand visibility, prioritization, and communication across initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with related stakeholders from Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, Application, Finance, Procurement, Risk, Audit, and Business teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in stakeholder engagement and service effectiveness.
• Lead and develop teams responsible for portfolio governance, transformation initiatives, governance, quality assurance, and financial operations.
• Establish objectives, KPIs, and development plans.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen organizational capability and leadership readiness.
