Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Indonesia is seeking a management-level leader to oversee Securities Services Operations, ensuring seamless delivery of custody, fund administration and transfer agency activities while meeting regulatory obligations.

You will manage BAU operations, drive re-engineering and automation, and engage with clients, regulators and internal stakeholders to sustain a high-performing, compliant team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Sound operational skills.
• Interpersonal, communication and client centric.
• Able to communicate effectively, including the local language.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to securities services business.
• 10+ years in custody/fund accounting with large teams.
• Familiar with BOT regulations, SEC rules and local guidelines.
• Senior to advanced level experience with people management.

Responsibilities

• Risk management and implementing controls appropriate to risk profile.
• Client onboarding and change management to align processes with client needs.
• Process optimization and technology automation to scale and reduce manual work.
• Drive process optimization and support transformation initiatives.
• Oversee regulatory, audit, and compliance matters with Citi tech teams.
• Serve as escalation point for Securities Services Operations.
• Develop strategies and oversee project plans meeting goals.
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold ethics and protect assets.
• People management including hiring, development and retention.
• Coach leaders to maximize potential and promote ethics and diversity.
• Participate in local market/custodian/regulatory forums.
