Job summary

CIMB Niaga is seeking an experienced IT Asset and Configuration Management Lead to govern ITAM and CMDB practices across the enterprise. You will drive governance, data quality, and automation initiatives to improve asset visibility, control, and audit readiness.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to implement service mapping, discovery, and AI-enabled automation within a regulated BFSI environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent.
• 5–6 years in ITAM, asset governance, CMDB, IT infra/ops.
• 2+ years leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT asset lifecycle including planning, deployment, and disposal.
• Govern ITAM policies, controls, and governance processes.
• Ensure accuracy and accountability of enterprise IT asset inventory.
• Oversee stock opname, asset verification, reconciliation, and audits.
• Drive service mapping, CI taxonomy, and CMDB data quality.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to improve asset visibility and control.
• Identify automation opportunities for lifecycle, reconciliation, and reporting.
