Job summary

PT. Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (BALITOWER) seeks an accomplished HR leader to oversee all human resources functions and align people strategy with business priorities in Indonesia.

You will drive organizational design, leadership development, and workforce planning for a 1000+‑strong workforce across multiple sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience reporting to a Board is required.
• Experience leading HR for a complex workforce of 1000+ employees across multiple locations or field operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and outsourcing regulations.
• Strong business acumen, leadership, stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across HR functions to ensure organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and governance standards while managing human capital risks.
• Drive talent and performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
• Lead workforce planning for internal and outsourced employees across offices, field, and site operations.
• Lead organizational transformation and advise executive management on human capital matters.
• Use HRIS and people analytics to evaluate HR initiatives and support decision-making.
• Manage the HR budget and report HR dashboards to the Board.
