Lead the end-to-end HR function, ensuring alignment between people initiatives and business objectives. Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategies. Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives. Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR policies to support employee attraction and retention. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance issues, and compliance with labor regulations. Lead recruitment activities to attract high-caliber talent and build organizational capability. Identify and implement HR process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

The Successful Applicant

Proven HR leadership experience within the financial services industry. Experience working in a group, holding company, or multi-entity environment. Strong end-to-end HR expertise, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Exposure to compensation & benefits, total rewards, and workforce planning. Experience driving succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with senior leaders. Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR governance. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
