Job summary

Cabo Bali is seeking a Head of Hosts to own the guest experience across our Bali villas. You will lead the host team across Uluwatu, Bingin, Pecatu, Ungasan, Canggu and Pererenan, setting high standards and ensuring seamless stays from pre-arrival to departure.

As a senior hospitality leader, you will drive guest satisfaction, manage escalations, and collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and revenue to maintain peak service levels across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Senior hospitality experience — villas, boutique hotels or luxury resorts.
• You have led a team, not just been on one.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Calm under pressure, and genuinely bothered by a 4.8

• Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia yang sangat baik, lisan maupun tulisan
• Tenang di bawah tekanan, dan benar-benar terganggu melihat angka 4.8
