Villa Host/Butler

Villa Host/Butler is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs, ensuring smooth villa operations, and maintaining high standards of service throughout the stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a personalized, warm experience
• Assist guests with requests, reservations, and villa services
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Monitor villa readiness and ensure all facilities are operational
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Provide information about local attractions, experiences, and services
• Prepare simple meals or assist with basic cooking requests when required by guests
• Maintain records of guest requests and feedback

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or as a Villa Host preferred
• Basic cooking skills and ability to prepare simple meals is an advantage
