Responsibilities include vendor selection to maintain quality and price, monthly inventory reporting, and data-driven pricing analyses for medicines and general goods across the hospital network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor/Master in supply chain, business, or healthcare administration.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement, contracts, and vendor relations.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.

• Organize, plan and ensure the purchase of medicines, consumables and general hospital goods.
• Analyze and evaluate cooperation agreements with third parties for goods/services.
• Procure and control usage of hospital goods, coordinating CAPEX with Head Office.
• Ensure best vendors are selected to maintain quality, price, and service.
• Prepare monthly general goods inventory reports and evaluate service contracts.
• Collect data, analyze, and determine prices for medicines and general goods.
• Develop initiatives to ensure department programs meet management targets.
