Responsibilities include selecting vendors to balance quality and cost, producing monthly inventory reports, and building strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth

Qualificações

• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
• Vendor relations expertise to manage supplier performance and risk.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities to streamline procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, plan and ensure the purchase of medicines, consumables and general hospital goods.
• Analyze and evaluate cooperation agreements with third parties.
• Coordinate CAPEX purchases with Head Office Procurement and resolve field discrepancies.
• Select vendors to maintain quality, price and service.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports and evaluate service contracts with third parties.
• Analyze prices for medicines, consumables and general goods; propose improvements.
• Build trust and foster relationships with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
