Job summary

Yayasan Kanaan is seeking a strategic Head of Department General Affairs and IT to create a safe, efficient, technology-enabled learning environment at Sekolah Kanaan Kubu Raya. You will lead GA operations, facilities, and IT to support digital learning, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a strong leadership background, English proficiency, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships across multiple sites in West Kalimantan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (engineering, IT, or management).
• Minimum 5 years in General Affairs, Facilities, Operations, or related areas.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management, maintenance, procurement, asset management, and planning.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, and support.
• Proven leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage General Affairs operations including facilities, assets, procurement, and support services.
• Oversee building maintenance, utilities, security, housekeeping, transportation, and office operations.
• Supervise IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks for reliable technology services.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support digital learning initiatives and maintain systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and applicable regulations.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and maintenance programs to support efficient operations.
• Lead and develop General Affairs and IT teams toward operational excellence.
