Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or related field).
• MBA or professional certification (CPA/CFA) preferred.
• 8–10 years in finance, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record establishing finance operations from scratch (Big 4 experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; develop high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

We areseeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to spearhead the establishment of their financeoperations in Indonesia. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for buildingthe finance department from the ground up, implementing financial policies, procedures, and systemsto support the company's growth and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establishing Finance Operations: Lead the establishment and development of financeoperations, including implementing financial policies, procedures, and systems from scratch.
