Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking a senior finance professional in Jakarta to lead M&A initiatives, analyze valuations, and prepare the company for an eventual IPO. You will coordinate with senior leadership and manage relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing needs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Big 4 advisory and real-sector deals, a strong network in capital markets, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years experience in both Big 4 Advisory and real-sector experience is a MUST.
• Experience dealing directly with investors and handling deals successfully.
• Have vast network within capital markets.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities in the business.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to build cross-discipline relationships.
