Job summary

Desa Potato Head Bali seeks a Chief Engineer to lead the engineering team and ensure the highest standards of safety and performance across all outlets. You will shape the department, manage budgets, and drive capital and maintenance projects to keep the property guest-ready and compliant.

You will oversee facilities operations, enforce safety procedures, and collaborate with vendors and local authorities to uphold sustainability and guest experience at Desa Potato Head Bali.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or related field.
• 7–10 years in engineering or facilities management; 3–5 years in a senior role such as Chief Engineer.
• Proven leadership, budgeting, project management and team development experience.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, safety compliance, emergency procedures and engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering department, ensuring high standards and safe environment across outlets.
• Ensure engineering works, safety procedures, and emergency protocols meet industry standards and local regulations.
• Manage the engineering department's budget, including maintenance, repairs and capital projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, service providers and local authorities.
