Job summary

Arbeit Infotech in Jakarta seeks a Head of Delivery & Solutions to lead large-scale customer engagements, oversee delivery excellence, and drive solution strategy across Data, Analytics, AI, Cloud, and Managed Services.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, governance, and executive reporting, lead 50+ technical consultants, and shape workforce planning and organizational growth. Bachelor’s degree and 10–15+ years in Enterprise IT Services required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 10–15+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Services, Consulting, or System Integration environments.
• Minimum of 5 years leading large delivery organizations.
• Proven experience managing 50+ technical consultants across multiple projects.
• Strong background in Data, Analytics, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise customers, managed services, and global delivery models.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and executive leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities
