Job summary

TERA Data Centers is seeking an experienced Facility Operation Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of its mission-critical data center infrastructure in Indonesia. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise, operational excellence, and people management to ensure continuous availability and performance.

The ideal candidate will drive incident management, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement while collaborating with engineering teams for upgrades and capacity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data center operations or other mission-critical facilities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading people with multiple direct reports.
• Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Campus Operations Manager, the Facility Operation Manager serves as the operational leader for all critical infrastructure within the assigned data center.
• Oversee the safe operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of mission-critical systems, including high- and low-voltage distribution, UPS, generators, cooling, BMS/EPMS, and related equipment.
• Provide technical leadership during operational incidents, planned maintenance, and emergency response activities to ensure service continuity and minimize risk.
• Collaborate with project, commissioning, and engineering teams to support upgrades, capacity expansion, and readiness for new facilities.
