Job summary

TERA Data Centers seeks a dedicated Data Center Technician to support daily operation and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure within its Indonesian hyperscale campuses. You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and operational support to ensure continuous availability of electrical and mechanical systems, collaborating closely with Data Center Engineers and the Chief Engineer.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
Fresh graduate or 1–3 years of experience in facility operations or maintenance within data centers or other critical infrastructure facilities.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24×7 environment.
Good understanding of workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections of electrical, mechanical, and auxiliary facility equipment.
Execute preventive maintenance under supervision of Data Center Engineers.
Assist in corrective maintenance and equipment repair activities.
Monitor equipment operating conditions and report abnormalities.
Record readings, maintenance activities, and inspection results accurately.
Support routine operational rounds to verify facility conditions.
Assist with equipment startup, shutdown, and restoration activities per procedures.
Coordinate with vendors during maintenance, testing, and equipment replacement.
