Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia invites applications for a Data Center Technical Director in Jakarta Selatan to lead engineering integrity, solution design, and technical governance for large-scale data center projects.

You will act as the primary technical authority through pre-sales and post-sales, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, validate designs, manage risks, and ensure delivery aligned with international standards, while collaborating with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in data center design or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience in both pre-sales design and post-sales delivery.
• Strong knowledge of power, UPS, HVAC, cooling, modular data centers.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and perform load calculations.
• Familiar with commissioning, testing, TCCF and Uptime Institute standards.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design and BOQ for large data center projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to review designs.
• Support pre-sales proposals with technical input.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with international data center standards and QA.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to localize solutions.
• Guide suppliers and contractors through construction and commissioning.
• Drive continuous technical improvement and reliability.
