Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a senior operations leader to drive P&L accountability, top-line growth, and margin expansion across multiple sites in Jakarta. You will design and scale cross-functional teams, align with ESG and ISO standards, and ensure KPIs meet stringent SLA targets.

The role focuses on developing strategies in FMCG, E-commerce, Healthcare, Automotive, and Retail, while delivering customer-centric service and safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for P&L accountability, driving top-line growth, margin expansion, and market reach.
• Lead business development strategies targeting key sectors such as FMCG, E-commerce, Healthcare/Pharma, Automotive, and Retail.
• Oversee multi-site warehouse and transportation operations, including solution design for customers' supply chain processes.
• Accountable for all operational KPIs and ensuring stringent SLA targets are achieved.
• Drive ESG, workplace health & safety (K3), and ISO quality standards across all operations.
• Direct, mentor, and scale cross-functional leadership teams across Operations, Commercial, HR, Finance, and IT.
