Job summary

OKX is seeking a seasoned Head of Compliance and MLRO to build and lead a robust compliance program across our regulatory landscape in Indonesia. You will own AML/CFT, KYC, and governance, directing a broad set of policies, procedures, and controls for a fast‑growing crypto exchange environment.

You will engage with regulators, design scalable controls, train staff, and drive risk-based decision making to balance innovation with compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field; postgraduate qualification advantageous.
• Professional compliance/AML certification preferred (e.g. CAMS, ICA).
• Minimum 8 years in compliance/AML with 3+ years leadership; in-house VASP/crypto experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory engagement as primary contact with authorities.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework aligned with FATF and VASP best practices.
• Act as the designated MLRO with oversight of AML/CFT framework and STR handling.
• Lead governance, training, and resourcing of compliance across the organization.
• Oversee reporting to regulators and board, and ensure product design embeds compliance by default.
