Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in hotel/resort environments, with leadership exposure.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient daily operations and adherence to quality standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to verify cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Manage room assignments and coordinate with the front desk to optimise room turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and control housekeeping supplies and inventory ensuring cost-effective procurement.
• Address guest complaints related to room cleanliness promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of room status, maintenance issues and staff performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Conduct staff training on cleaning procedures, safety protocols and customer service excellence.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement efficiency measures.
