Job summary

PT Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia, located in Seminyak, Bali, seeks a skilled Bartender to join our team full-time. You will craft cocktails, deliver exceptional service, and create memorable guest experiences while upholding our high standards of hospitality and safety.

You will recommend beverages, maintain bar cleanliness, and operate the POS system, collaborating with peers to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in hospitality, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Strong mixology knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Excellent product knowledge of spirits, beers, wines and other beverages.
• Outstanding customer service, professional demeanor during busy periods.
• Fluent in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Well-presented with high personal hygiene standards.
• Good understanding of responsible beverage service and local liquor laws.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages following recipes.
• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and occasions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
• Operate the POS system accurately and handle payments.
