Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a driven Functional Analyst to support the implementation of our new HCMS. The role spans the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through hypercare to ensure the solution meets business needs and is delivered smoothly.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end project execution, system testing, configuration, data migration, training, and documentation, plus collaborating with implementation vendors to validate configurations and capture business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Informatics / System Information or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Prior experience in system implementation projects.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
• Experience working with implementation vendors for functional validation.

Responsibilities

• Execute the HCMS project end-to-end, including: System Testing, System Configuration, Data Migration, System Training, and System Documentation.
• Conduct interviews and stakeholder discussions to gather functional requirements.
• Write BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Work closely with implementation vendors to validate functional configurations.
