Job summary

PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk. in Jakarta Barat seeks an HRIS Analyst to manage daily HCIS operations and ensure system reliability. You will maintain employee master data, organizational structure, positions, and employment status.

The role requires a Bachelor degree, at least 2 years in HRIS or related field, strong English, advanced Excel, and experience with Pro-Int HRIS. You will handle joiners, transfers, promotions, mutations, and terminations with accuracy and timeliness.

Ensure employee lifecycle transactions such as joiners, transfers, promotions, mutations, and terminations are updated accurately and on time.

Requirement

Minimum Bachelor Degree's from reputable University,from any major

Minimum 2 years in related field

Proficiency in english both written or speaking

Advance in Microsoft excel

Familiar with HRIS especially Pro-Int
