Job summary

Erajaya Group is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, analyse, and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends informing business strategy. You will monitor KPIs, report to stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.

The role involves developing dashboards and visualisations to communicate insights and supporting data-driven initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a data analysis or reporting role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from data.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate technical information into business insights.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and solutions

Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate insights

Support the implementation of data-driven initiatives and process improvements

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role, preferably in the Retail industries

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets

Proficiency in data analytics tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business-friendly insights

A keen eye for detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
