Job summary

English 1 Center in Makassar is seeking a proactive Progress Advisor to ensure a superior learning experience for students and strong satisfaction for parents. You will stay in close touch with classroom teachers and families to communicate progress and support enrollment and retention initiatives.

You will also oversee class observations, organize parent events, process payments, and coordinate with teachers, parents, and students to monitor teaching quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• University graduate, Diplomate/Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent.
• Preferable with experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting or education line with 1 year experience.
• Self-learning.
• Open minded, excellent interpersonal communication skill both oral and written.
• Self motivated, detail oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure.
• Multitasking person, Good organization skill and planning.
• Pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close contact with classroom teachers and customers/parents to discuss learning progress.
• Promote school sales targets by improving student retention.
• Conduct parent communication events (orientation, parent teacher conference, achievement ceremony and progress update).
• Observe classes to assess students' abilities and discuss feedback with teachers.

Responsible for students and customers learning experience at English 1 Center. They need to maintain close contact with classroom teacher and customers/parents in order to facilitates communication regarding the students’ learning progress and contribute to school sales targets by promoting better students retention

Conduct parents communication events (course orientation, parent teacher conference, achievement ceremony and progress update)

Observe class to know the students ability and discuss the feedback with teachers

Check for students and contact parents

Communicate among course teacher, parents and kids to track the teaching quality and study result. Keep solid relationship with all customers

Manage the students include processing payment, retention sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
