Job summary

Kozystay, a fast growing hospitality tech startup focused on short‑term rentals, is seeking a Guest Service Associate to join day‑to‑day operations in Bekasi. You will coordinate property operations, assist guests and owners, and help maintain Kozystay standards.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, problem solving, and time management skills, with 1+ year experience in property/hospitality operations and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management, hospitality, hotel operations, or a similar operational role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with guests, owners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure, with good time management and willingness to handle operational matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and ensuring units are ready and maintained according to Kozystay standards.
• Handle operational issues and guest/owner requests, coordinate with relevant teams or vendors, and ensure issues are resolved promptly and properly documented.
• Monitor and support operational performance, including unit condition, service quality, follow-ups, and administrative/reporting tasks related to property operations.
