Job summary

Kozystay in Surabaya is seeking a Guest Service Associate to handle day-to-day operations at our short-term rental properties. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, address inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a smooth stay.

Ideal candidates are sociable, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates with internship exposure are welcome; weekend and public-holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
• Min. Diploma in Hospitality.
• Sociable and outgoing with strong communication.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guest Check-In and Check-Out: greet guests and ensure smooth process.
• Guest Issues and Inquiries: address concerns and provide local info.
• Deadline Management: complete tasks and report delays.
• Linen, Supplies, and Cleaning: coordinate with housekeeping and manage inventory.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle feedback constructively.
