Job summary

Bobobox Sumba is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping/Front Office team member to greet guests and manage reservations with care. You will verify reservations in the PMS, collect IDs, and ensure registration forms are correctly completed.

You will also lead cleanliness across pods and public areas, maintain stock of cleaning kits, and adapt to urgent tasks as needed. The role requires at least 1 year in hospitality, willingness to work shifts, and a neat, professional appearance to welcome guests in

Qualifications

• Experience in Housekeeping or Front Office at a hotel/resort for at least 1 year.
• Willing to work on shift schedules.
• Ready to work outside normal hours for urgent matters.
• Neat appearance and well groomed.
• Placement: Bobocabin Sumba.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and confirm reservations in a proper manner.
• Check and confirm reservations in the PMS system.
• Request guest IDs and ensure registration forms are filled correctly.
• Follow Cabin Branch instructions and act responsibly.
• Lead cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox Branch (pods and public area).
• Ensure cleaning kits and trolley stock are loaded.
