Job summary

Bobobox Indonesia is seeking a proactive associate for housekeeping/front office duties. The role includes greeting guests, handling reservations, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

You will confirm bookings in the PMS, collect guest IDs, and ensure registration forms are completed while following Cabin Branch instructions. You will lead cleanliness for pods and public areas and keep cleaning kit stocks ready for use.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping/front office in a hotel or resort for at least 1 year.
• Willing to work on shift schedules.
• Neat appearance and well groomed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and inquire about reservations politely.
• Check and confirm reservations in the PMS system.
• Request guest ID and ensure the registration forms are completed.
• Act on instructions from Cabin Branch.
• Lead cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox branch (pods and public areas).
• Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trollys is loaded.
