Job summary

Bobobox is hiring for a Front Office/Housekeeping role at the Bobocabin Rancaupas, Bandung. You will greet guests, verify reservations in the PMS, request IDs, and ensure registration forms are completed, while following cabin branch instructions and maintaining cleanliness across pods and public areas.

The successful candidate will lead tidy operations, manage stock of cleaning kits and trolleys, and work on shifts as required to ensure smooth guest experiences at the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Housekeeping or Front Office at a hotel/resort
• Willingness to work on shift schedules
• Willing to work outside standard hours for urgent matters
• Neat appearance and well groomed
• Placement: Bobocabin Rancaupas, Bandung

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and inquire about reservations politely
• Check and confirm guest reservations in the PMS system
• Request guest ID and ensure registration form is filled correctly
• Follow Cabin Branch instructions and be responsible for operations
• Lead cleanliness and tidiness of Bobobox Branch (pods and public areas)
• Ensure cleaning kits and trolley stock are loaded and maintained
