Job summary

Bobobox is seeking a guest services associate to warmly greet guests and manage check-ins.

You will verify reservations in the PMS, request guest IDs, and ensure forms are completed correctly.

You will lead cleanliness across the branch, keep pods and public areas tidy, and monitor cleaning kit stocks.

This role requires willingness to work shifts and adjust hours for urgent matters, and neat, well-groomed appearance.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in Housekeeping or Front Office for at least 1 year.
• Willing to work on shift schedules and outside hours for urgent matters.
• Neat appearance and well groomed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and confirm reservations in the PMS.
• Request guest ID card and ensure registration form is filled correctly.
• Check guests into the system per Cabin Branch instructions.
• Lead cleanliness and tidiness of Bobobox Branch, pods and public areas.
• Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolleys is replenished.

To Greet and ask about the reservation a guest in a proper manner

Check and confirm the guest's reservation into the PMS system

Ask for the guest's ID Card and make sure the registration form is filled correctly

To conduct and be responsible based on the instruction of the Cabin Branch

Leader on cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox Branch (pods and public area)

Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolly is loaded.

You will fit in this job if you:

Relevant work experience in Housekeeping /Front Office department at a hotel/resort property for min. 1 year

Willing to work on the shift schedule

Willing to work outside time schedule if there are urgent matters

Neat appearance & well groomed
