Job summary

Riverside Golf Club in Bogor, Indonesia invites a Front Desk professional to deliver outstanding guest service, handle cashier duties, and manage reservations with accuracy. You will check guests in and out, answer phones, and keep the front office organized in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates communicate well in English, are energetic, and are neat in appearance. Prior hospitality experience is a plus and flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Female, maximum 25 years.
• Pleasant appearance and well-grooming.
• Minimum 1 year's experience in the same position.
• Must speak English.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.
• Hospitality industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing information about the driving range and registration
• Handling cash transactions, including receiving payments and giving change
• Processing credit card payments and ensuring accuracy
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, administration and balancing cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns
• Assisting with front office duties, such as checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, and making reservations
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front office and cashier area
